110In a prosecution or proceeding under this Act in which proof is required with regard to
(a)
the issuance, holding, replacement, substitution, amendment, suspension, reinstatement, cancellation, renewal or other status of a licence,
(b)
the person who is the licensee or permittee named in a licence,
(c)
the delivery, serving or mailing of any document or the giving of any notice by an official of the Department, or
(d)
whether or not any required return has been received by the Department,
a certificate purporting to be signed by the Director of Fish and Wildlife or the Director of Fish and Wildlife Law Enforcement certifying thereto is, without proof of his appointment or signature, prima facie proof of the facts stated in the certificate.
