Persons exempted by regulation
7The Lieutenant-Governor in Council may make regulations exempting in whole or in part from the provisions of this Act
(a)
persons employed in specified occupations;
(b)
persons employed in any specified class of work; and
(c)
persons employing employees referred to in paragraphs (
a) and (
b).
