83.1Following receipt of the writ, each returning officer shall determine if there are any treatment centres or public hospitals in the electoral district for which he or she is appointed and, if so, the returning officer shall before nomination day,
(a)
in consultation with the administrator or person appointed by the treatment centre or public hospital,
(i)
determine if a mobile polling station is required to take the vote of the residents or patients of the facility, and
(ii)
if a mobile polling station is required, fix the hours on polling day when the poll will be taken at the treatment centre or public hospital, and
(b)
appoint a deputy returning officer and a poll clerk for each mobile polling station.
