Compellability of spouses
10Nothing in this Act renders a spouse compellable to disclose any communication made to him or her by his or her spouse during their marriage.

10Nothing herein renders a husband compellable to disclose any communication made to him by his wife during the marriage, nor a wife compellable to disclose any communication made to her by her husband during the marriage.
