Conveyance and lodging of pupils
53The superintendent concerned, in accordance with the regulations and on behalf of and subject to any policies or directives of the District Education Council,
(a)
shall make such arrangements as the superintendent considers necessary for the conveyance of pupils, and
(b)
may make arrangements for the lodging of pupils.
