Oath or solemn affirmation of witnesses

19The coroner shall administer an oath or solemn affirmation to each witness in the manner provided in the Evidence Act.

Oath of jurors and witnesses
19Jurors and witnesses shall be sworn in the same manner as in the Rules of The Court of Queen’s Bench of New Brunswick under the Judicature Act.
