62(1)In this section, “Chief Executive Officer” means the Chief Executive Officer of Service New Brunswick appointed under the Service New Brunswick Act.
62(2)A corporation that receives a notice under subsection 61(1) may request that the Chief Executive Officer review the Director’s decision to issue the notice by applying to the Chief Executive Officer within 10 days after receiving the notice.
62(3)The Chief Executive Officer shall conduct the review requested in subsection (1) in accordance with the regulations.
62(4)Following the review of a decision of the Director under this section, the Chief Executive Officer may uphold, vary or rescind the decision of the Director.
62(5)A decision of the Chief Executive Officer under this section is final.
