86.10A person who fails to comply with the provisions of sections 86.5, 86.6, 86.7 or 86.9 commits an offence and is liable on summary conviction to a fine of not less than one hundred dollars under the Summary Convictions Act and in default of payment is liable to imprisonment in accordance with subsection 31(3) of the Summary Convictions Act.
