Application of Act
1This Act applies to
(a) all companies incorporated under it;
(a.1) all companies referred to in section 1.01; and
(b) all companies incorporated under the New Brunswick Companies Act, 1916, or Chapter 88 of the Revised Statutes, 1927, or to which that Chapter applied at the time of the coming into force of this Act.
