211No act of an extra-provincial corporation, including any transfer of property to or by an extra-provincial corporation, is invalid by reason only
(a)
that the act or transfer is contrary to or not authorized by its charter or internal regulations or any law of the jurisdiction in which it is incorporated, or
(b)
that the extra-provincial corporation was not then registered.
211No act of an extra-provincial corporation, including any transfer of property to or by an extra-provincial corporation, is invalid by reason only
