Verification of documents
210.1(1)The Director may require that a document or a fact stated in a document required by this Part or the regulations to be sent to him shall be verified in accordance with subsection (2).
210.1(2)A document or fact required by this Part or by the Director to be verified may be verified by affidavit made under oath or by statutory declaration under the Evidence Act before any commissioner for taking affidavits to be read in The Court of King’s Bench of New Brunswick or a notary public or in any such other manner as may be prescribed or permitted by the Evidence Act.
