Regulations in respect of exemptions
195.1The Lieutenant-Governor in Council may make regulations exempting, from this Part or such provisions of this Part as may be specified in the regulations and on such terms and conditions as may be specified in the regulations, the extra-provincial corporations incorporated under the laws of such jurisdictions as may be specified in the regulations.
