(a)
an extra-provincial corporation required to be licensed as an insurer under the Insurance Act,
(b)
an extra-provincial corporation to which the Foreign Resident Corporations Act applies,
(c)
a licensed extra-provincial company as defined in the Loan and Trust Companies Act, or
(d)
a bank incorporated under the laws of Canada, an authorized foreign bank within the meaning of section 2 of the Bank Act (Canada) or any other bank as defined in the regulations.
