187(1)A corporation shall, on or before the last day of the month following the anniversary month of the corporation, send to the Director without notice an annual return in the form provided by the Director signed by a director or an officer of the corporation and the Director shall file it.

187(2)The Director shall furnish any person with a certificate certifying that a corporation has sent to the Director a document required to be sent to him under this Act.
