Certificate of amendment of name
11(1)When a corporation has had its name changed by the Director under subsection 10(2) or revoked and a name assigned to it under subsection 10(3), (4) or (5), the Director shall issue a certificate of amendment showing the new name of the corporation and shall forthwith give notice of the change of name in
The Royal Gazette.
11(2)The articles of the corporation are amended accordingly on the date shown in the certificate of amendment.
