Review by Court
10.4(1)The Court of King’s Bench of New Brunswick judge shall upon the applicant’s request hold a hearing, and
(a) in the case where the Committee denied the applicant’s request in whole or in part, may order the Committee to grant the request in whole or in part;
(b) in the case where the Committee failed to reply to a request, shall order that the Committee
(i) grant the request, or
(ii) deny the request;
(c) may make any other order that is appropriate.
10.4(2)A copy of the decision of The Court of King’s Bench of New Brunswick judge shall be sent to the applicant and to the Committee.
10.4(3)No appeal lies from the decision of The Court of King’s Bench of New Brunswick judge under subsection (1).

(a) in the case where the Committee denied the applicant’s request in whole or in part, may order the Committee to grant the request in whole or in part;
(b) in the case where the Committee failed to reply to a request, shall order that the Committee
(i) grant the request, or
(ii) deny the request;
(c) may make any other order that is appropriate.
