Administration of advisory committee
7An advisory committee,
(a)
shall elect a chair and vice-chair of the advisory committee from among its membership,
(b)
may appoint a secretary from among or outside its membership,
(c)
may make rules for the conduct of its business, and
(d)
shall keep records of its proceedings.
