56If requested to permit a proposed use or variance under section 55, the advisory committee, regional service commission or development officer may give notice to owners of land in the neighbourhood of the land in respect of which the request is received
(a)
describing the land,
(b)
describing the use proposed or variance requested, and
(c)
giving the right to make representation to the advisory committee, regional service commission or development officer in connection with the request within the time limit set out in the notice.
