18(1)The Minister may adopt regional land use plans for one or more regions or parts of regions.

18(2)A regional land use plan may be prepared by the Minister, a local government, a regional service commission or a combination of any of them.

18(1)A regional plan may be prepared for a region of the Province in accordance with this Act and the regulations.

18(2)Before and during the preparation of a regional plan, the Minister may consult with the local governments and regional service commission for that region with respect to the contents of the regional plan.
