49Any action, suit or other legal proceeding to which a district planning commission established under the Community Planning Act is a party pending in any court immediately before the commencement of this section may be continued by or against the regional service commission directed by order in writing of the Minister in like manner and to the same extent as it could have been continued by or against the district planning commission.
