Prohibition respecting lead wires
155A person who conducts an underground blasting operation shall ensure that lead wires do not
(a)
come in contact with detonating cords, or
(b)
come closer than three hundred millimetres to
(i)
pipes, rails or other continuous metal grounding circuits, or
(ii)
power, lighting and communication cables.
