Diving equipment
326A diving supervisor shall ensure that a life line used by a diver is
(a) secured at the surface to a safe anchor point,
(b) tended at all times by a tender,
(c) secured in a manner that will prevent loss of contact with the diver,
(d) attached to the diver’s safety harness, and
(e) of sufficient length without knots or splices.
