23.1The threshold limit value for formaldehyde, as adopted by the ACGIH and set out in the ACGIH publication entitled “1997 Threshold Limit Values for Chemical Substances and Physical Agents and Biological Exposure Indices” shall be deemed to be and shall be read as follows:
