Anchor points on a swing staging
144.2The personal fall-protection system may only be attached to an anchor point on a swing staging when
(a)
there are at least two independent means of support or suspension, and
(b)
it is designed, constructed and maintained so that the failure of one means of support or suspension will not upset the swing staging.
