22(1)The issuance of a permit under this Regulation is conditional upon
(a)
all material facts in the application for the permit having been disclosed, and
(b)
the facts, representations and other information contained in the application for the permit being true, accurate and complete.
22(2)No person shall give false or misleading information in any application, report or statement submitted or made to the Minister under this Regulation.
