13(1)A permit may be renewed by the Minister on such terms and conditions as the Minister may impose.

13(2)The Minister may suspend or cancel a renewed permit if any of the terms and conditions imposed on it are not fulfilled, but shall not do so until the person to whom the permit is issued has had a reasonable time to comply with any new terms and conditions imposed on the renewed permit upon the renewal.
