5.1(1)The fee to be paid by a beneficiary to replace a New Brunswick Medicare Card as a result of loss, damage, destruction or theft of the card is ten dollars.

5.1(2)The Minister may waive a fee to be paid by a beneficiary under subsection (1) where, in the Minister’s opinion, the payment of the fee would constitute a hardship.
