3.1Despite sections 2.1 and 3, the spouse or dependent of a regular member of the Canadian Armed Forces who has entered the Province from another province or territory of Canada is exempt from any waiting period with regards to eligibility to receive entitled services if, in the opinion of the Director, he or she establishes residence in the Province.
