33.02Notwithstanding section 33.01, those persons who are members of the Insured Services Appeal Committee, as established under the General Regulation - Hospital Services Act, immediately before the commencement of this section, constitute the members of the Insured Services Appeal Committee as established under this Regulation on the commencement of this section, in accordance with the terms of their appointments made under that regulation.
