13.1For entitled services rendered on a fee for service basis, payments made for or on behalf of a beneficiary or an amount to be received by a beneficiary shall be as follows:
(a) for entitled services rendered by a medical practitioner or an oral and maxillofacial surgeon in the Province, the amount payable under the agreement, subject to any modifications to the amount as provided for in this Regulation;
(b) for entitled services rendered by a medical practitioner or an oral and maxillofacial surgeon outside the Province, the amount provided for in section 14; and
(c) for entitled services rendered by a dental practitioner, the amount provided for under section 22 for services in the Province and under section 14 for services rendered outside the Province.
