10(1)Every holder of a licence issued under the Act and in accordance with this Regulation shall, when required to do so, furnish information and parts or portions of wildlife at such time and places as may be designated by the Minister.
10(2)Every licence issued under this Regulation to a resident of New Brunswick shall bear on its face such identification of the person to whom the licence is issued as is required by the Minister.

10(1)Every holder of a licence issued under the Act and in accordance with this Regulation shall, when required to do so, furnish information and parts or portions of wildlife at such time and places as may be designated by the Minister.
10(2)Every licence issued under this Regulation to a resident of New Brunswick shall bear on its face such identification of the person to whom the licence is issued as is required by the Minister.
10(3)The Minister may issue a guide I licence or a guide II licence to an applicant
(a) who makes a written application for a licence to the Minister in the prescribed form,
(b) who has successfully passed the guide’s examination prescribed by the Minister, and
(c) who has not been convicted of
(i) an offence under paragraph 32(1)(a) or (c), or 33(1)(a) or (b), or subsection 50(1) of the Act, or
(ii) one or more offences under any other provision of the Act, or the Regulations made thereunder, during the twelve month period immediately prior to the application.
10(4)The examination referred to in paragraph (3)(b) shall be administered by a conservation officer and the performance of the applicant shall be assessed by the conservation officer administering the examination and there is no appeal from his or her assessment.
10(5)The fee for a guide I licence is ten dollars and the fee for a guide II licence is five dollars.
10(6)Subject to subsection (7), a person who fails a guide’s examination may not apply to be licensed as a Guide I or Guide II until after the expiration of thirty days from the date of the failing of such examination.
10(7)A person who applies for a Guide I licence but fails the guide’s examination may apply to be licensed as a Guide II without waiting thirty days if the person was licensed as a Guide II before January 1, 2002.
