83When an application is filed, the Secretary shall serve the party whom the applicant desires to prosecute with a copy of the application, a notice of the application and any further particulars furnished by the applicant that the Secretary considers advisable.

83When an application is filed, the Secretary shall serve the party whom the applicant desires to prosecute with a copy of the application and a notice of application in Form P-2 of Schedule C and any further particulars furnished by the applicant as it deems advisable.
