18.1(1)A person purchasing a fur harvester’s licence or a rabbit licence shall, at the time of purchase, pay, in addition to any other fee payable under this Regulation for the licence, a conservation fee of five dollars.

18.1(2)Conservation fees paid under this section shall be deposited to the credit of the special purpose account within the Consolidated Fund identified as the Wildlife Trust Fund.
