44No person shall move on any highway in the Province any recreational vehicle that does not meet the standards in relation to recreational vehicles that are set out in CAN/CSA-Z240 RV Series-M86, “Recreational Vehicles”, as prepared by the Canadian Standards Association, including any amendments, additions or deletions made subsequently to it, or any subsequent editions of it.
