15.01(1)Subject to subsection (2) and for the purposes of section 76 of the Act, the amount the registered owner is entitled to receive as a refund of the registration fee paid by him or her shall be determined by subtracting a processing fee of $25.00 from the amount prorated in relation to the unused months of the registration period.

15.01(2)No refund shall be made under section 76 of the Act if the amount prorated in relation to the unused months of the registration period is less than $100.00.
