The following classes of buildings are prescribed for the purposes of subsection 54(1) of the Act:Â
(
a
)
single-family dwellings;
(
b
)
duplex dwellings;
(
c
)
triplex dwellings;
(
d
)
fourplex dwellings;
(
e
)
condominium units;
(
f
)
cottages; and
(
g
)
mobile homes.
