47(1)An operator of a licensed facility shall refuse admission to a child if satisfactory proof of the immunizations required by the Public Health Act or the regulations under that Act is not provided.
47(2)Subsection (1) does not apply if a child’s parent or guardian provides one of the following documents:
(a)
a medical exemption, on a form provided by the Minister of Health, signed by a medical practitioner; or
(b)
a written statement, signed by the parent or guardian, of the parent or guardian’s objection for reasons of conscience or religious belief to the immunizations required by the Public Health Act or the regulations under that Act, on a form provided by the Minister of Health.
