Minimum wage for excess time worked
6The minimum wage payable for time worked in excess of the maximum number of hours of work established in section 4 is as follows:
(a)
from April 1, 2011, to March 31, 2012, inclusive, $14.25 per hour; and
(b)
on and after April 1, 2012, $15.00 per hour.
