6(1)Before a pet establishment licence is issued, an animal protection officer shall enter and inspect the premises where the pet establishment will be located.

6(2)Before the renewal of a pet establishment licence is issued, an animal protection officer may enter and inspect the premises where the pet establishment is located.

6(3)After the inspection referred to in subsection (1) or (2), the animal protection officer shall deliver a copy of the inspection report to the applicant.
