Exemptions
3The following premises are exempt from the application of this Regulation:
(a) grooming establishments;
(b) training operations;
(c) veterinarian clinics that board animals for clinical purposes only;
(d) research and educational facilities;
(e) premises that board or sell livestock;
(f) a stable that boards horses or a riding stable;
(g) a zoo or a circus; and
(h) any other premises as the society may determine.
