8(1)On and after April 1, 2011, an applicant for a licence to operate a Class 4 or Class 5 food premises shall supply documentation with his or her application on the food handling procedures used by the applicant for potentially hazardous food.

8(1)On and after April 1, 2011, an applicant for a licence to operate a Class 2, Class 4 or Class 5 food premises shall supply documentation with his or her application on the food handling procedures used by the applicant for potentially hazardous food.

8(2)On the request of the Minister, an applicant to operate a Class 1 food premises shall provide documentation on the food handling procedures used by the applicant for potentially hazardous food with his or her application.
