Animals
41(1)A licensee shall not permit live animals in a licensed food premises other than
(a) service animals specifically trained to provide assistance to persons with disabilities, or
(b) live fish in an aquarium.
41(2)Subsection (1) does not apply to
(a) an abattoir,
(b) production facilities where milk is produced, or
(c) an outdoor eating area of a food premises.
