11The chairman and vice-chairman of the South East New Brunswick Forest Products Marketing Board immediately before the commencement of this Regulation shall continue as the chair and vice-chair of the South East New Brunswick Forest Products Marketing Board as if they had been appointed or elected, as the case may be, under the by-laws of the Board, until they are reappointed, re-elected or replaced, as the case may be, under the by-laws.
