REGULATION 83-210

Mechanics’ Lien Act

Under section 62 of the Mechanics’ Lien Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council makes the following Regulation:
1This Regulation may be cited as the Forms Regulation - Mechanics’ Lien Act.
2The following forms are prescribed for the purposes of the Act:
3Regulation 74-181 under the Mechanics’ Lien Act is repealed.
4This Regulation comes into force on February 1, 1984.
N.B. This Regulation is consolidated to March 31, 1998.
