REGULATION 83-120

Under subsections 11.1(1) and 73(2) of the Judicature Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council makes the following Regulation:
1This Regulation may be cited as the Judicial Districts for The Court of King’s Bench of New Brunswick Regulation - Judicature Act.

2The judicial districts for The Court of King’s Bench of New Brunswick are as set out in Schedule A.

3The judicial districts set out in Schedule A are designated as judicial districts in which the Family Division may exercise its jurisdiction.
4Regulations 79-183, 82-224 and 83-26 under the Judicature Act are repealed.
5This Regulation comes into force on September 12, 1983.
