Silicosis Compensation Act

  Under section 3 of the Silicosis Compensation Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council makes the following Regulation:
1This Regulation may be cited as the Payment Schedule Regulation - Silicosis Compensation Act.
2In this Regulation
“Act” means the Silicosis Compensation Act.(Loi)
3(1)The monthly payment to be made to a workman under section 1 of the Act is four hundred and fifty dollars.
3(2)The monthly payment to be made to the widow of a workman under section 1 of the Act is three hundred and forty dollars.
