Under section 39 of the Creditors Relief Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council makes the following Regulation:
Repealed: 2013, c.32, s.9
1This Regulation may be cited as the Fees and Costs Regulation - Creditors Relief Act.
2The following fees payable to the clerk of The Court of Queen’s Bench of New Brunswick are prescribed for the purposes of the Act:
 
(a)on filing affidavit of claim and notice, including issue of clerk’s certificate..............
$5.00;
 
(b)for each additional clerk’s certificate  
$2.00;
 
(c)on filing affidavit of contest by debtor or creditor..............
$3.00;
 
(d)for clerk’s certificate verifying result of contested claim..............
$5.00;
 
(e)for each additional clerk’s certificate
$2.00;
 
(f)on renewal of clerk’s certificate..............
$2.00;
 
(g)on filing any order of the Court, including all documents in support thereof..............
$15.00;
 
(h)on filing any document for which a fee is not prescribed in paragraphs (a) to (g), a fee determined by the clerk, not exceeding $5.00.
3The following solicitor’s costs are prescribed for the purposes of the Act:
(a) solicitor’s costs in an uncontested claim:
(i)if the claim is less than five hundred dollars..............
$20.00,
 
(ii)if the claim is five hundred dollars or more..............
$30.00,
 
(iii)on application for order affecting service of an affidavit of claim and notice, including filing..............
$15.00;
(b)on renewal of clerk’s certificate by solicitor..............
$10.00;
(c) except where otherwise provided in the Act, solicitor’s costs in a contested claim shall be fixed by the judge.
4Regulation 67-4 under the Creditors Relief Act is repealed.
