Under section 56 of the Financial Administration Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council makes the following Regulation:

Citation
1This Regulation may be cited as the Plant Propagation Centre Fees Regulation - Financial Administration Act.
Definitions
2In this Regulation
“Centre” means the Plant Propagation Centre of the Department of Agriculture, Aquaculture and Fisheries.(Centre)

Fees
3(1)The fees for products and services provided by the Centre with respect to potato crops are:
(a)commercial propagation, per plantlet or microtuber, in-Province..............

(b)commercial propagation, per plantlet or microtuber, out-of-Province..............

(c)banking of private varieties..............

(d)(i) special order – repository distribution, for 1 to 5 plantlets, domestic..............

(ii) special order – repository distribution, for 1 to 5 plantlets, international..............

(e)quality control audit, per plantlet or microtuber..............

(f)introduction of varieties to the bank – disease and virus screening, per variety, per year..............

the fee charged by the reference laboratory
3(2)The fee for rooted apple plants provided by the Centre is $1.25 per plant.
3(3)The fee for any other product provided by the Centre is the cost of providing the product.
