Under section 21 of the Special Corporate Continuance Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council makes the following Regulation:
Citation
1This Regulation may be cited as the General Regulation - Special Corporate Continuance Act.
Definitions
2In this Regulation
“Act” means the Special Corporate Continuance Act.(Loi)
Forms
3The following forms are prescribed for the purposes of the Act:
(a) application for a certificate of authorization - Form 1;
(b) designation of representative - Form 2;
(c) consent to act as designated representative - Form 3;
(d) certificate of authorization - Form 4;
(e) annual return - Form 5;
(f) notice of change or proposed change of control - Form 6;
(g) notice of change in original jurisdiction - Form 7;
(h) notice of change in documents or information - Form 8;
(i) notice of special continuance - Form 9;
(j) certificate of special continuance - Form 10;
(k) certificate of discontinuance - Form 11;
(l) certificate of dissolution - Form 12.
Commencement
4This Regulation comes into force on April 1, 2000.
