Table of Fees and Allowances
1The fees and allowances payable for necessary services rendered on behalf of the prosecution in the trial of indictable offences tried under Part 19 or 20 of the Criminal Code (Canada) or at a preliminary hearing under Part 18 of the Criminal Code (Canada) shall be according to the Table of Fees and Allowances prescribed by the Lieutenant-Governor in Council.

Prescription of Table of Fees and Allowances
2The Lieutenant-Governor in Council may prescribe a Table of Fees and Allowances payable under this Act.
